As Regenerative Orthopaedic and Spine Institute (ROSI) approaches its ten-year anniversary on October 1, 2025, we reflect on a decade of growth, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional orthopedic care.
A Legacy of Excellence
Founded in October 2015 by Dr. Philip Ploska, ROSI was built on a vision to transform orthopedic care with patient-centered treatment and advanced medical solutions. Our founding team - Lisa Sims, DNP, FNP-C; Quantri Staples; Kim Irby; Dana Phillips; and Terry Price - laid the foundation for what has become a premier orthopedic institution.
Expanding Our Reach and Expertise
Over the past decade, ROSI has experienced tremendous growth, now featuring:
- Seven board-certified orthopedic surgeons
- Five advanced practice providers (APPs)
- Four locations across Georgia: Stockbridge, Atlanta, Greensboro, and Griffin

Building on the leadership of our physicians, we continue to thoughtfully expand our clinical team to meet the growing needs of our patients and communities.
Our Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team plays a vital role in delivering coordinated, high-quality care. This team is led by Lisa Sims, DNP-C, FNP-C, and includes experienced providers such as Desiree Riley, NP-C, who support patients throughout every stage of their treatment journey.
