
Quante Singleton, MDBoard Certified Orthopedics Spine Surgeon
Dr. Quante Singleton is a board-eligible orthopaedic spine surgeon at Regenerative Orthopaedics and Spine Institute. He specializes in minimally invasive, endoscopic, cervical, and complex spinal deformity surgery. Dr. Singleton utilizes advanced surgical robotics and state-of-the-art technology to enhance precision, shorten recovery time, and improve long-term outcomes.
A Decatur, Georgia native, Dr. Singleton began his professional journey in public service, serving nine years as a firefighter and paramedic with Atlanta Fire Rescue. He was awarded Georgia’s Medal of Valor—the state’s highest honor for bravery—for rescuing an unconscious woman from a burning home.
His commitment to service led him to pursue medicine. Dr. Singleton earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia, where he was inducted into both the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism honor societies. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the nationally top-ranked Washington University in St. Louis/Barnes-Jewish Consortium and advanced his training with a spine fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York, the #1-ranked orthopaedic hospital in the U.S.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Singleton is a passionate researcher and global health advocate. He has presented on topics such as spinal deformity, biologic aging, and surgical outcomes at major international conferences. He also participates in global outreach initiatives to expand access to advanced spine care in underserved communities around the world.
